As any natural things cashmere will change its character with usage, it will felt, shrink and pill depending on how we care for them. Hand washing with gentle soap and air drying will help to extend the usage. Moths, extended rubbing will result in hole or thinning of the fibers in some areas of the garment.
If that happens, you can mail it to us and we can try to mend it for you if it is fixable. If not we can recycle the garment. At the worst, wool and cashmere make wonderful compost that gives richness to the soil.
