Please be warned of the postal office delays that seem to happen time to time. We prepare and ship your order within 24 hours between Monday - Saturday.
You have a choice to decide on shipping options during the checkout. We offer free shipping to all orders within the continental US.
Get your first order hand-delivered to your door for Free in San Francisco Bay Area for orders above $100. We deliver from our Oakland studio within a day or so usually.
FREE SHIPPING
Your goods are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days after the package has shipped within the continental US. Deliveries are sent via UPS or USPS depending on state of delivery.
2ND DAY AIR: around $10.00
Your goods will arrive in 2 business days, within the continental US.
NEXT DAY AIR: around $30.00
The fastest way to get your goods. Just 1 business day in the continental US. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 2 PM PT will ship out the next business day.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All orders are given free shipping. However, you may opt for 2nd Day and Next Day Air at an additional cost.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
If you created an account you can check your order status any time after it's placed in your order history. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your goods will arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days, within the continental US. We prepare the orders within 24 hours Mon - Fri and make sure to get it scanned by the post office. But - Please be warned of delays that postal service experience time to time :(

All the goods get shipped directly from our knit studio in Oakland, CA.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time, we ship within the continental US only. As we grow we will add international shipping.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
